Grievance Officer
In compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, MaxFate Private Limited has appointed a Grievance Officer to address user concerns relating to:
- The processing of personal data;
- Content or conduct on the Services;
- Withdrawal of consent or exercise of data principal rights;
- Any other matter requiring redressal under applicable law.

How to raise a grievance
- Send an email to cmo@maxfate.com with the subject line “Grievance — [brief description]”.
- Include your full name, contact details, the nature of your concern and any relevant evidence (screenshots, account ID, dates).
- If your grievance relates to personal data, clearly state the right you wish to exercise (access, correction, erasure, withdrawal of consent, nomination, etc.).
Response timelines
- Acknowledgement: within 48 hours of receipt.
- Resolution: within 15 (fifteen) days, in accordance with the IT Rules, 2021 and applicable provisions of the DPDP Act, 2023.
Escalation
If your grievance relating to personal data is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India established under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Office hours
Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 18:00 IST (Indian Standard Time), excluding public holidays. Communications received outside office hours will be addressed on the next working day.
