2. Nature of Services (Digital Delivery) All our products (Life Blueprints, Clarity Reports, Consultations) are 100% Digital.
- Delivery: Reports are delivered via Email or Dashboard within 24-48 hours of payment.
- No Physical Goods: No hard copies are shipped to your address.
3. Refund & Cancellation Policy Due to the nature of “Intellectual Property” and customized digital goods:
- No Refunds: Once a report is generated or a consultation slot is booked, fees are non-refundable.
- Exceptions: If a technical error prevents delivery even after 7 days of payment, a full refund will be processed.
- Cancellations: Consultation rescheduling requests must be made 24 hours in advance.
4. Intellectual Property The content, algorithms, “Drishti Clarity Lab” methodologies, and report formats are the exclusive property of MaxFate Private Limited. Unauthorized distribution or resale is prohibited.
5. Governing Law Any legal dispute arising out of this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, India.
